Delivery of items: 9:00am - 10:30am
Item viewing: 10:00am - 11:00am
Auction starts: 11:00am sharp
EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO ATTEND! There will be a large variety of quality fish and equipment to bid on. We look forward to seeing you there!
HAITI RELIEF DONATIONS: The Calgary Aquarium Society will be accepting donated auction lots/items for Haiti relief via Red Cross. To make a donation, label your item with #777, and 100% of the sale proceeds will go to Red Cross. ALL BUMPED auction items will cost $5.00 with all proceeds also going to Red Cross. We look forward to reporting the total amount raised soon following the auction!
VOLUNTEERS, we need your help to make this event a success!
Postions include concession, runners, fish baggers and lifters.

Email your form to our Auction Chairman Ward Pratt, or phone 851-9998 for your lot numbers.
* Some of the revised vendor rules include: Vendors must be registered 1 week prior to auction
* Members must be in good standing
* Nonmember vendors at the discretion of the Auction Chairman
* LIMIT 20 items per vendor or at the discretion of the Auction Chairman
* Operational (mechanical/electrical) items must be clearly marked with operational condition: "working", "non-working" or "needs parts", etc. Any item not clearly stated will be assumed as non-functioning.
